The master bedroom on this floor has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. On the lower level, there are three additional bedrooms, two with two single beds and another with a double bed and a full bathroom. In the large living area on this floor, there is a pool table and three sofa beds (bedding included). The outdoor space of Deer 69 features a large balcony with patio furniture and a BBQ available all year around.
