Our house is beautifully restored old cottage house in Cabbage Town neighborhood of Toronto Downtown Core. The location has a Walk Score of 90 out of 100. This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. The closest public transportation stop is a four minute walk at DUNDAS ST EAST and ONTARIO ST . Nearby parks include Winchester Square Park and Riverdale Farm. FREE EV Charging with Type 2 charging station. FREE Airport Drop-Off for 3+ night stays.
We are a family with 2 kids living on the property. I speak English, French, Spanish, Italian and German.
The neighborhood is considered the largest continuous area of preserved Victorian housing in all of North America.
