The suite includes a master bedroom with queen size bed, large rec room with 1 set of bunk beds and a futon which can sleep 2. You'll have your own 3 piece bathroom. There's access to a private deck and spacious yard with fire pit, hot tub, badminton, ping pong and corn hole.
We are a couple of empty nesters who occupy the top floor of our two level Summerland home. Our rental suite is on the ground floor. Guests have their own access. We are very happy to help with anything that will make your stay a great one.
Our home is in the secluded Crescent Beach neighbourhood, a 5 minute drive from the centre of town where you'll find all kinds of services and amenities. There is no public transit within walking distance. A vehicle is required to get to or from our home. It's a great area for cycling and walking.
