-Enjoy the best ocean view from our front pati -property is air condition -all hardwood floors,no carpet - all linens including comforters cleaned after each quest - free WiFi - flat screens TV in all rooms - 20 minute drive from the airport - 20 minute drive from downtown St.John's - good location to be base from for tourism activities within the Northeast Avalon Peninsula
Dave and Judy have been in the Hospitality industry for more then 20 years, we know what travelers are looking for a clean and comfortable room
-We are located in Conception Bay South Newfoundland,just 20 minutes from the Airport and Downtown St.John's. -It is a good spot to explore the Avalon Region of Newfoundland - Shopping 10-15 minutes away
