Our townhome spans three floors, each accessible by a flight of stairs. We aim to provide a transparent overview and ensure an optimal guest experience. Upon entering, guests will have private access to the entire home, which boasts an open concept living area with high ceilings. The full kitchen includes a dining table that seats six people, with foldable chairs available in the closet. Entertainment options feature a 55" flat-screen HD TV and a media console with some light card games. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors allow for ample natural light, and each floor has an elevated balcony. The first balcony is furnished with modular patio furniture. The first floor includes a half bathroom, kitchen, and living area. Moving up to the second floor, Bedroom #1 offers a queen-size bed, a reach-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated office working station. The third floor houses Bedroom #2, which has a full-size bed, reach-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a laundry room. Bedroom #3, also on the third floor, features a full-size bed and a skylight without a blind. Guests will need to enter Bedroom #2 to access the bathroom. For parking, we provide access to an underground garage, which requires an elevator to reach our dedicated parking spot. Guests will receive a remote fob and an access key for convenience.
