About this space: Located in a beautiful and quite residential area in the heart of Laval. Close to the 440 highway which gives you access to the 19, 15 and 13 highways in less than 10 mins. 5mins walk to the Bus Station that will bring you to one of the Métro Stations in Laval within 20 minutes. 5min drive or 2.6km walking distance to Gare Vimont rail station. 9 mins drive to Carrefour Laval and Centropolis. This charming and warm place can accommodate 6 guests. It has one bedroom with double bed size, convertible sofa bed and two single beds placed in the living room next to the TV. It is very bright and spacious with a ceiling height of 7.2 feet. The basement has a private entrance and you will have the whole place to yourself! Free parking is guaranteed on the street & in front of the house.
