We found La Petite Maison, a chalet from the 1960s, modernized some while maintaining the charm. A quiet neighbourhood & neighbours. Large trees! Just a 5 minute drive to Rawdon Beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shops. For those who love the outdoors you have activities just minutes from the house (Hike, winter fat-bike or mountain bike, snowshoe, cross-country or downhill ski (8km). 5 minutes from La Source Nordic spa and 18 hole golf course. You'll enjoy the space and the neighbourhood.
We both love to travel, host and meet new people. We've worked hard for many years and have recently learned that we do not need much to be happy. Simply surround yourself with good people and an inviting home to share with anyone who equally appreciates the simple pleasures of life.
As a host and client of Airbnb it is a great way to share our homes, discover new places and meet new people.
As residents of both Toronto & Quebec, it was Toronto where we dabbled with short-term rentals and gained years of hosting experience with our home in High Park. Due to the positive experience, we decided to also share our homes in Quebec. Each home has history and as such, each property needed to be brought back to life. We thoroughly enjoyed the renovation process while creating a fresh unique and inviting space for each home. The biggest difference and draw when comparing Toronto city living with Quebec country living, is the abundance of outdoor space -- lots of trees, fresh air and lakes everywhere. We were so pleased with the results that it felt selfish to keep it all to ourselves and so here we are sharing our little heaven with you.

We have an 18 hole golf club minutes away. Great mountain biking and trail riding for all skill levels. Fat bikes and skis can be rented from the Rawdon Golf Resort with full access to the trails.Rawdon offers an amazing Nordic outdoor spa, tree top zip lining, a beach and so much more. Lots of shops (grocery, cheese, bakery, fish, bagels, liqour, etc.)
You can walk pretty much anywhere or drive.
