Spacious apartment of 1500 square feet, located on the FAMOUS and ô so wonderful Mont-Royal avenue. Right in front of the Mont-Royal metro station. You can see it from the terrace! Plenty of cool cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket are right on that street! This is the place to be if you want to experience the trendiest area in town: Le Plateau Mont-Royal. Renovated and furnished with style in June 2014. The huge authentic brick wall gives character and warmth to the huge open-space living / dining area. Located on the 2nd floor (steep stairs). There is plenty of natural sunlight and a big private terrace with BBQ (Gas not included) Ideal for 6 adults but can accommodate up to 8 guests total including children. - 3 bedrooms with Queen size bed (6 guests) - 2 single mattresses to be put on the floor, they are real mattresses not air mattresses (2 guests) - portable crib provided - 1 bathroom with a bath/shower INCLUDED: High speed Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, phone for local calls, electricity, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, linens and towels (one per person) NO parking included. DAY PERMITS can be purchased at the JeanCoutu pharmacy at 500 avec Mont-Royal east.

Neighborhood info

The Plateau is the BEST neighbourhood in the city ! Shops, restaurants, cafés, street festivals, live music, there really is no better place to be!
