Chris is a vice principal and Tiffany is a registered nurse. We started to host because we enjoy meeting new people and love travelling! We are athletic, love the outdoors, and love good food, good friends and both are fortunate to have our families living in Victoria as well. We are quiet and respectful and work full-time. We feel extremely fortunate to live where we live and even do touristy things around town, especially in the winter and summer. Chris plays ice hockey on a local team with a friend he grew up with and Tiffany loves running with friends on a regular basis. We like strong coffee, nice wine, and walking around our neighborhood. Rental Agreement & House Rules: Booking and occupying this property is conditional upon full compliance with the following house rules. Failure to comply may result in charges, immediate termination of the stay, & removal without refund, as permitted by law. Self check-in/check-out via lockbox. Keys must be returned to the locked lockbox at checkout and are not be left in any other location. No key returned=three hundred dollar charge deducted from the damage deposit. Guests must not delay or interfere with cleaning access beginning 11:15 AM on checkout day. If cleaning is delayed a one hundred and fifty dollar rescheduling fee will be deducted from damage deposit + the original cleaning fee, +five hundred dollar fee for any stay past original checkout day each day. Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. A parent may not book the property for a child unless the parent/guardian is also present and staying at the property themselves. No weapons/illegal activity. Bathroom fan is quiet/fully functional & must be turned on before starting shower & left on 1hr after shower or smoke detector in will ring/sound in house

The property is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, away from main roads, yet within walking distance to numerous amenities. Public transit is just a 1–2 minute walk, and you’re close to St. Michael’s University School, Camosun College, the University of Victoria, Royal Jubilee Hospital, and Hillside Mall with shops, restaurants, and cafes. Nearby attractions include Mt. Tolmie, Oak Bay, Fairfield, and downtown Victoria with its Inner Harbour, Parliament Buildings, and the iconic Empress Hotel—just 5–7 minutes away. Outdoor activities abound with parks, beaches, golf courses, hiking trails, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more all nearby. Towels/face cloths may not be used for makeup. Use cutting boards, (no hot items placed on countertops-provided tile trivets or placemats must be used). Do not move or unlock wheel casters on the kitchen island. Wash/dry/put away all dishes before departure. No pay-per-view movies/programs, no subletting. Clean dryer lint trap after each use. Hosts may enter immediately without notice for safety or emergency issues (fire, CO alarm, leaks, electrical problems). Guests must immediately report any water, electrical, fire, damages or safety issue. Guests agree to treat the property and all contents with the utmost care. Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, missing items, or excessive wear beyond normal use, caused by themselves or their visitors including damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized activities, moving furniture, or failure to follow house rules. All damage must be reported immediately. The Host may charge the full cost of repair or replacement. Hosts reserve the right to change locks immediately in the event of any security incident. Doors locked when not at suite, Guests do not acquire tenant rights or protections under BC Residential Tenancy laws; this is a strictly short-term stay. Turn off exterior light by 9:00 PM.
