This furnished home is available only for 30+ night bookings, creating a stable and quiet environment suitable for extended visits. The platform allows vetted guests to book either a private bedroom or a low-budget shared bedroom at the property. The shared bedroom has two medium-firm single/twin-sized beds that may be booked together or separately by any guest. Each bed unit has a work station with desk and chair. Guests may book one of the private rooms with a private bathroom or they may book a room with shared bathroom. Some other areas are shared with guests include the kitchen, dining space, laundry area, lobby, driveway etc. Other features: Seamless self check-in and check-out process. Complimentary coffee/tea/water bottles. One parking space on the driveway may be requested (subject to availability and additional fee).
