South-East corner unit on the 44th floor with unobstructed views of downtown Toronto, the CN Tower and lake Ontario. During the winter months, sunshine all day. Please refer to the floor plan. One of the bedrooms is the home-office. Fully equipped for both short-term and long-term stays. 500 Mbps Fibre broadband. Separate washer and dryer. Home-office with two standing desk workstations including a Herman Miller Aeron chair. LG SmartTV with home cinema audio system. The building has a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, gym, theatre and billiard room.

I'm a proud Torontonian since 2009. I live in my Toronto apartment from around June to October. I winter in Malaga, Spain at my apartment there (also available for Short Term Rentals). The Toronto apartment has typically been available for short-term rentals from November to May since 2018. It was on the "other" platform up until December 2024. That is when I switched to Booking. I'm happy to offer tips and advice about your visit. I've personally been using short term apartment rentals since 2005. So, I've tried to set things up with everything I can think of that I would want.

The College Subway station is two blocks away. The College streetcar is one block away. Too many amazing things to list within walking distance.
