Luxury home with unique architecture and deep ravine backyard. Built in 2013, this home has 3 levels of living space - main floor with kitchen and living room, access to a spacious and secluded deck and long backyard as well as access to a nice terrace off the living room; second floor with two bedrooms and open concept office; Master bedroom with ensuite is on the third floor with a nice terrace overlooking the yard and the canopy of mature trees. Cottage in the Citiy! Walk to the beach.
We've been living in Toronto for the past 20 years. We travel a lot and gladly rent our home when we are not in the city. Please contact us in English, French, Spanish or Russian - we are fluent in these languages!
The Beaches neighbourhood is only 10 min by car from downtown Toronto, yet you'll feel as if you are in a nice friendly Beach village while browsing the little shops and trendy restaurants on Queen street or just strolling to the Beach and the Woodbine pool. Close to transportation (24hr street car, subway), grocery stores, theatres and, of course, the Toronto Beaches!
