Our property is located on Mount Tzouhalem in the upscale community "The Properties of Maple Bay". It's perfectly situated 10 minutes from the city of Duncan, close to shopping, restaurants, golfing, and wineries; and less than 5 minutes from Maple Bay's Centre where you can access the Ocean, Maple Bay Marinas, Restaurants, Bars, Coffee shops, Beaches, and much more, while providing breathtaking views of Cowichan Valley, Quamichan Lake, Mount Prevost, and sunsets. So much to discover, there is no such thing as a wrong turn in Cowichan Valley.
We are at the doorstep of world-class Mountain Bike and Hiking trails, which also offer magnificent Ocean, Cowichan River Delta, and Valley views.
Mark and Maggie moved to beautiful Maple Bay, Duncan, British Columbia, to enjoy the sub-Mediterranean climate of this magical place! We enjoy fishing, gardening, hiking and biking through the plentiful mountain-side trails, and exploring Vancouver Island and all the local islands.
