Be aware: steep stairs/ladder to access the bedroom with optional stairs outside. The ultimate basecamp to explore everything the area has to offer! * Soak in mountain views from your private hot tub * Peaceful, but located a short 7-minute drive to the grocery store and downtown * 25 minutes to the lifts at Kicking Horse resort * Driving distance to Yoho, Banff, Glacier, and Bugaboo Parks. Tiny home with a bedroom that steps out onto a massive deck to privately soak in the mountain views.

PROPERTY CAN BE NOISY AS WE ARE CLOSE TO THE HIGHWAY AND TRAIN TRACK - Mosquitoes love the valley in summer almost as much as our guests do. Quantity varies each year. Please be aware that we provide satellite wi-fi via Starlink. While this generally provides fast and stable Wi-Fi service, there are times when the service can be slow and unpredictable. Our provider is the best available at this time in our rural area; reduced service and slower speeds are out of our control.
