This beautiful condo is located in the brand new Station Park Towers in the midtown district, in between Downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo. Enjoy the stunning city views from your perch on the 24th floor. This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and the building has fantastic amenities. Importance Notice: • To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. • Please refrain from littering near the car park and ensure that you dispose of your garbage appropriately in designated bins. For safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave any harmful or flammable products, such as jerry cans of gasoline or any petroleum cans, unattended anywhere on the property. • Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a 150.00 CAD fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit. • There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. • Please note that the swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. • The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.
