To fulfill that goal, we have a small yet friendly and professional team to help us. We are a couple in their thirties who have met a few years back working in restaurants. Being manager and waiter in that industry made us realize the importance of listening to our clients and how everything is in the details. We then found that we shared the same concerns: the quality of customer service. After much discussion, we decided to pursue this to another level in the rental industry. We started with two apartments in 2011. We then continued to expand our business ever since. With our 19 apartments, we can offer you the right place for your needs. Looking forward to host you! Why rent a hotel room (or two) when you can have a full apartment for the same rate? This is a HUGE 3 bedrooms apartment with brick walls in all rooms and a ton of character. The kitchen comes fully equipped (including a Keurig coffee machine with coffee cups). You got everything you need to prepare a nice meal that you can enjoy either outside on the terrace or on the dining room’s large glass table. The place also has a spacious bathroom with two sinks, a jet bathtub, a shower. There is Free WiFi and a 40" HD TV flat screen with connection to Netflix, Top 5 reasons to book with us: - Our apartments are in a prime location, close to the Mont-Royal metro station in the middle of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. - Eating out is fun!.. But 3 times a days is costly! In our apartments, you can prepare food in your private kitchen. - Comfort is a priority. We have quality memory foam mattresses in all our beds. - Plenty of room!! Our apartments are MUCH larger than the equally priced hotel room. - An Area Guide right on your smartphone! Where's the supermarket? The dry cleaner?... Where should we go for dinner? We do have all the city permits and insurance require
