This newly renovated unit is the epitome of comfort & style. The space offers vinyl /tile flooring throughout. The living room features a double-sized futon for relaxation or hosting guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge & gas range. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed in one and a double bed in the other. One bedroom boasts a desk for a quiet area for productivity. Cable & internet services. W & D in common area. Close to stores/restaurants, bars ,dwntown.Some free pop drinks.
