“The place was cozy, clean and the host , ( Mark) was so friendly and supportive. We all enjoyed staying in his place. He also had a charger / cable to plug in our hybrid vehicle which was a bonus🌺”

1200 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. 3 large beds plus 2 Murphy wall beds. 1 king, 3 queens, 1 double xl. Guests choose if they want 3, 4, or 5 beds made up. The Murphy's can be up out of the way or down to use. Beautiful quiet and private fenced yard with climbing gym, swinging couples benches. BBQ,
I have always wanted to own and operate a hotel. Here it is, my one suite sweet hotel. I love it! My intention is to retire from carpentry and run this bed and breakfast for income and a part time hobby. Mark
Quiet residential area, 10 minute walk to ocean, University of Victoria is near, hiking trails and lots of golfing options nearby. And we live near 3 public schools so, there's always lots of people walking or biking by our place.
