Owl's Perch is a truly unique treehouse perched 30 feet high among the trees. This amazing structure is attached to 3 large cedars and 1 giant maple using advanced tree tabs that allow the trees to sway gently, providing a natural and immersive experience. The large deck offers stunning views across the Salish Sea to the Mountains of Washington state. With all the modern amenities you could need, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Experience the magic and wonder of treehouse living for yourself!
Our family moved to Vancouver island with our daughter to be closer to nature. We chose Sooke because it’s where the rainforest meets the sea. We love hosting, traveling and exploring.
The neighborhood is located on the Galloping Goose Trail, once a train track used by an old gold mining town. The treehouse is also near the Sooke Potholes Provincial Park, which offers freshwater swimming, waterfalls, wildlife, and pipe walks.
