We have been hosting for about 10 years, with very positive experiences by our target clients - travelers, families, workers, couples, events attendees, Michiganers, staycationers, reunions, academics and other professionals.

Property info

We offer great location in a safe, clean, quiet, central city location. You can expect peace and quiet in the building as we are diligent in not allowing visitors and unregistered guests. The floor has four similar apartments. Two are city view facing Windsor downtown and the other 2 are river view facing Detroit. You can relax in the comfort of your own home and are encouraged to say hi to your neighbours in the 3 other apartments.

Neighborhood info

Location is perfect. 2 MIN WALK to Casino, 2 MIN WALK to the Riverfront, 5 MIN Walk to the Aquatic Centre, 1 MIN WALK to St Clair Business School, and next to Detroit Tunnel. Many pubs and restaurants right outside the building.
