Forever looking for new opportunities to present our guests with unforgettable and illustrious experiences, Simplissimmo decided to restore, renovate and transform entire floors of a nearly half-century-year-old building located in the heart of downtown Montreal. Business or pleasure, weekend away or temporary relocation, the Pierce Hotel, was meticulously designed with our guest's ultimate comfort in mind with each unit featuring a Premium King Size memory foam mattress, rain shower, in-suite laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee and Smart TV. We encourage you to step outside and start your tour by spending a day at the museum of fine arts, see a live hockey game at the Bell Center, eat at renowned restaurants like Ristorante Beatrice and end your day peacefully in what we have proudly created to be your home away from home.

Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in.

A C$300 security deposit will be pre-authorized on the guest's credit card at check-in.
