Please note: This is not a hotel, but a three-bedroom apartment. Room A is a budget quadruple room, occupying the entire third floor, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom (140 square feet) features a queen bed, a three-seater sofa, a side table, and a desk chair; the other bedroom (100 square feet) features a double bed and a desk chair. This apartment is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests with large luggage. The second floor contains the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, and bathroom), shared by all guests in Rooms A, B, and C. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, except Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays, when quiet hours are until 9:00 AM. Parking: Free parking is available on site, subject to availability. Please reserve a parking space after booking. The kitchen is self-cleaning, so please clean it yourself (including the dining table). Luggage storage is available; please contact the host before check-in/check-out for details.
OUR LOCATON: 100 meters north of bus stop at 502 Bathurst St, Toronto; 150 m to Little Italy; 500 m to Kensington Market; 750 m to Chinatown and University of Toronto, 1 km to Koreatown; Two 24-hour buses (511 is North-South direction and 506 is East-West direction ) can bring you to Bathurst Subway station, Queen’s Park Subway station, College Subway station, Exhibition Place and Billy Bishop Airport (YTZ) .
