Stay in style at our cozy vacation house in downtown Kingsville! Our beautifully renovated home is the perfect retreat for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. Located in the heart of downtown Kingsville, Queen & Mill is just steps away from many restaurants, cafes, and shops, and down the street from beautiful views of Lake Erie at Lakeside Park. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore the local area, our house will make a great home base. We can't wait to host you!. Queen & Mill is located on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, steps from Kingsville's main strip and just down the street from Lakeside Park. The front porch is accessed from the main living area and features a swing where you can enjoy your complimentary morning coffee or tea or your favorite evening cocktail. The large, fenced-in yard offers plenty of privacy as well as space for kids and pets to run around. The yard features a screened gazebo with seating for 8 and a firepit ensuring you can enjoy outdoor evenings with friends & family. From the second you walk-in you'll be in awe of every detail that went into making this design so special. The main floor features a fully-stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances connected to a dining area with seating for 7. The living room has a couch and love seat with a 55" Netflix equipped smart TV, fireplace and cabinets loaded with board games. Also on the main level are 2 bedrooms (1 master suite) each with a queen bed and 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite). Upstairs is a third full bathroom and flex-space which can act as a workspace, second hangout room and third bedroom. This space features a 55" Netflix equipped Smart TV and two twin daybeds with twin pull-out trundles.

Just around the corner from the main strip of Kingsville where you'll find a wide assortment of award winning restaurants, bars, breweries, shops and more and just down the street from Kingsville's biggest park, Lakeside.
