Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Suitable for families, professionals, visitors. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is few minutes drive from several major store chains, restaurants, shops and golf clubs. About 8 min drive to Markham Pan Am Centre, 10 minute drive to Unionville, 15m to Rouge National Urban Park and Angus Glen Golf Club. 20m to Toronto Zoo. about 30m to Downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario. Many parks near by, enjoy picnics, Trails or Bike Trails. Few important details we would like to share, as Booking-com does not allow us to provide custom descriptions: - We are required to see a government-issued photo ID to ensure the booking is made by the same guest. - The house features 1½ bathroom (1 full bathroom and 1 powder room with a toilet and single vanity / sink). - The number of guests must match the booking. Each additional guest incurs a 15% surcharge per night. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, or 7 if one is a child. Only Registered guests are allowed to stay over night. - One shared parking spot is available on the private driveway. A reservation is required and costs CAD-10 per night (paid in cash after check-in). The driveway can accommodate two cars parked back-to-back—one parking spot is for this listing, and one is for basement unit guests. Parking coordination is necessary. - Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Check-in: Anytime from 3:00 PM onward Check-out: By 11:00 AM - Absolutely no parties and pet allowed - Smoking Policy: Permitted ONLY outside: Smoking / e-Cigarette / vape only allowed outside of the house. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided outside of the house. NO CANNABIS on premise. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
