“Hi, I would give it a high rate of except for the cleanliness. In the one room, the comforter/quilt/duvet had a very strong smell. It should never been put on the bed because it obviously hadn’t been washed.”

The Residence & Conference Centre Hamilton is located on the Mohawk College Fennell Campus. During the school year we operate as a student Residence & open our doors to guests May through August when the students leave. Before we open for the summer the Residence is cleaned top to bottom by our fabulous Housekeeping team so it is fresh, clean and ready to welcome our guests! Our suites include a private 3 piece washroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette with a full sized fridge and microwave (please note: no oven/stovetop or dishes/cutlery), and 24 hour Front Desk.
We are dedicated hospitality professionals and proud Hamiltonians! Some of our favourite pass times are exploring the various culinary delights and delicious restaurant offerings peppered throughout the city - most just moments from the Residence! During the warmer weather we enjoy being active and hiking the many trails around Hamilton. After a walk along the waterfront at Bayfront Park we enjoy a quick stop at the iconic Hutch's harbour diner for hambugers & ice cream! The Residence is conveniently located close to Upper James Street, home to many amenities including; fast food, sit down restaurants, pharmacy, LCBO & Beer Store, walk-in clinic, Wal-Mart Super Centre, gas stations and shopping. Nestled on the edge of the escarpment we are quick drive from the downtown core - featuring Hamilton's premier entertainment venues, bars & award wining restaurants.
