The large 3-bedroom apartment is located on the main floor of a detached house, professionally cleaned and maintained. It has been designed and decorated to offer guests a luxury and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Logistically perfect location: 5 min drive to highways 401/427, the airport, direct bus on the corner to Kipling subway station towards the Toronto downtown. There are 2 parking spots on the private driveway, 1.5 Gbps internet, premium TV channels with Netflix. There is a large backyard with some outside furniture and coal BBQ, shared with guests (if any) in the basement apartment.

- Quite residential area. - 2 shopping plazas within 8 min walking with: McDonald’s, Subway, Tim Hortons, LCBO.
