Welcome to the ultimate Columbia Valley retreat. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom + den condo is within walking distance of hiking trails, bars/restaurants, a golf course, and the world-renowned Radium Hot Springs. The Sable Ridge complex offers numerous amenities, including an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and a clubhouse. The unit includes a heated underground parking stall and a storage locker for your skis, golf clubs etc.

Things to do in Radium (within walking distance of condo): - Go for a hike: The Sinclair Creek trailhead can be accessed directly across Forster’s Landing Road from the Sable Ridge Complex. It is a nice spot for walking or enjoying a round of disc golf. Coach Trail and Sinclair Falls are also popular hiking spots located within less than a 5-minute drive. - Play a round of golf: The Springs golf course is located directly behind Sable Ridge, and the Radium Course is located just up the hill heading towards Invermere. - Check out an escape room: Columbia Valley Escape Rooms is located in downtown Radium and features three different escape rooms with varying levels of difficulty
