Welcoming pets and nestled beside Seacliff Park and Beach, and abundant restaurants, this listing has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen and large living area make this an ideal place for your visit. Front and back yard for your use with large private paved area (fires and loud noises not allowed - please respect our neighbors).

Neighborhood info

A quiet suburban neighborhood with Leamington's famous Seacliff Park and beachfront just across the road. Easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping, liquor and beer store. 15 minute walk to the marina. Convenience store just across the street. Most of what you would need is within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and taxis easily accessible. Many bike trails also link you the rest of Leamington and it's surrounding area. Extra parking available along Seacliff Park's east side.
