Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Sea Escape is located in Beautiful Coley’s Point, less than an hour drive from St. John’s and overlooking Bay Roberts, NL. The Sea Escape originally was a local wharf. Over the last 10 years, The Sea Escape Wharf has been extensively renovated and a 2 level condo has been added to the structure.

This is our family treasure. It has been enjoyed by the family for many years. If you like a unique vacation getaway, you will find it at SeaEscape Wharf. This structure originally was a Stage/Wharf with fishing rooms. Over the last 10 years the structure has been extensively renovated and the fishing rooms converted into a 2 level condo. The condo has a master suite with a double bed and 2 piece bathroom. There is also a sitttng area and a work station. This room overlooks the beautiful harbour of Coley’s point, Bay Roberts. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your bed. You might even have a seal or whale join you. Then take the cast iron stairs to the main floor which offers a full kitchen with large size Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher and full bathroom with stand up shower. There is a double air bed mattress for an extra guest(s) if needed. Please advise upon booking to ensure it is ready for you otherwise it may not be there. The outside space consists of a wharf/dock area on the ocean that you can sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air. To the side of the Unit is a private beach area. A great place to collect sea glass, sea shells and test your cod fishing skills. If you are arriving by boat, let us know and we will arrange for that section of wharf to be open upon arrival (inquire on docking fee). After a day on the water, dock your boat, and relax at Sea Escape Wharf. Guest access You will have access to the 2 level condo and 2 outside spaces- the wharf/dock to relax, enjoy the scenery. The Wharf/dock has a fire pit and BBQ. The beach area is to the left of the SeaEscape (under driveway). This is an active ocean so nice to look for sea glass and ocean treasure. Not suitable for swimming.

Great family neighbourhood. Parks and bowling alley located close by with sports complex. Salmon cove sands beach is located 20 minutes away, or Clarke’s Beach 5 minutes. In July and August, visit the whales up close at St. Vincent’s Beach. In December and January, visit the harbour boat lighting at n Port de Grave. Lots to do and explore !
