Full kitchen, Lots of large windows Balcony to have meal relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets You can watch the ladysmith fireworks from your balcony. Close access to highway without the noise disturbance making it easy to get to any part of the Island. Adjacent to some popular and popular walking trails in to Stocking lake . 3 minutes to grocery store , pharmacy, liquor store and fast food 7 minutes to downtown Ladysmith 7 minutes drive to the beach where you can swim, kayak or just relax with family and friends 14 minutes to Chemainus and Chemainus theater 20 minutes to Duncan 25 minutes to downtown Nanaimo 1hour 10 minutes to Victoria 3 minutes drive to golf club

Ladysmith is small town with a population o 7000 people. Very well organized everything is within 10 minutes drive. It offers a beach, golf club, boating club,recreational center and is located within easy access to airport and ferry. Being at the center of the island you can travel either north or south Gorgeous trails with mountains and rivers running through. A quiet peaceful paradise which is a hour drive from Victoria and 30 minutes from Nanaimo or Duncan if you are looking for nightlife or a day in the city
