Shared Dining area: The kitchen includes a dining table that seats up to four, perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal. Shared Kitchen: Fully equipped with pots and pans, a full size stove/oven, and a big fridge. Cutlery, plates, a microwave, and a coffee maker are all provided. Bathroom: A full newly renovated washroom with a standing shower Garbage Rules: Please separate food waste from garbage and place it in the compost bin. Garbage is limited to 3 bags per week per guest, extra bags may incur a small fee. There’s no set limit on recycling or compost Please place garbage in the black bin and recycling in the blue bin located outside beside the property. If applicable, compost goes in the green bin. Ensure bags are tied securely and bins are placed out the night before collection, then returned to their place after pickup. To keep the property clean and avoid any city fees, items placed in the wrong bin or left outside the bins will result in a 150 CAD fine. Alcohol and Parties/Events are Prohibited. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, balconies, decks, or within 9 meters of the home. A 150 CAD fine will be charged for any violations. Please note pets are allowed upon request and will be charged an additional fee
