We always try to maintain a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius in the units. We cannot set it individually for each room. ** ** Please note that there is a Jazz bar and a restaurant at the street level of our building. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our building is located on lively Rue Saint-Denis, one of Montréal’s central and vibrant streets. While the unit is equipped for comfort, guests should expect normal city sounds, as well as neighboring sounds typical of older buildings, such as occasional noise from the hallway or nearby units. Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighbourhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Saint-Denis is home to a great street festival named 'Montreal Comic Arts Festival' (May 15-17, dates vary). During that week, Saint Denis (between Gilford and Roy) will be pedestrian only. Please note that parking and circulation by vehicle will not be possible at that time. The closest metro station to our building is Mont-Royal station - orange line (10 mins walk). In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.). There is also a bike path on a good part of Saint-Denis street, which makes biking very pleasant. Not to mention that there is many BIXI station (bike rental) located around our building.
