Coming to St. John's for business or vacation and want to get the experience of staying in a hotel but on a budget! Lets talk. 10 X12 ft small room, 2 twin beds & full bath, one room self contained studio. Private Entrance and room on ground level. Large and bright south facing windows to enjoy basking in sunshine (what so ever little sun you get in St. John's). Refrigerator, instant pot (upon request), coffee machine with free coffee pods & cereal. Enjoy stay at this centrally located place.
I live upstairs with my family. I have little and wonderful kids. I enjoy gardening.
Nice and safe neighborhood, close by biggest shopping mall in town and also close to walmart, sobeys (groceries store), staples, dollar store and umpteen restaurants.
