Our home has modern amenities in the middle of a protected green space with our little pond. There is a small viewing structure beside the pond to keep you safe from the inevitable bugs that come with country living. We also provide repellents for those who prefer to be outside during their visit or want to have a fire. Rest assured, we take our role as stewards of the land seriously. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grounds. This helps to keep our impact on the surrounding ecosystems to a minimum and ensures the continuation of a beautifully unique environment for generations to come. Inside our home, we also strive to maintain a balance between country roots, modern amenities and our own style. You will find well-appointed rooms to lay your head after exploring the area. Over the years we have added and refined elements to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. From complimentary popcorn to all the amenities most travellers find useful. Much of the artwork you will see around the home is done by local artists and, in some cases, can even be purchased and taken home with you. If something makes your heart sing, ask us if it is available. If not, you can always connect with the artist directly to have them make something tailored to your tastes.

Our property is set alongside beautiful natural amenities and scenery. We have our little pond where you can enjoy a fire or relax with a book. The Elora Cataract Trailway borders our property and can be used for day trips to conservation areas and small communities. Our neighbour, the Wellington County Library Hillsburgh Branch, is a stunning piece of architecture in its own right and sits beside another larger pond where you can see swans, ducks, geese and many other types of birds and animals. It also has meeting spaces and a commercial kitchen that are perfect for your next team meeting. Our little Village of Hillsburgh is a quaint little spot with essential amenities like a grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, cafe and even a furniture store that has been in business serving the surrounding area for decades. The Village of Erin is a short drive down the road and has an eclectic mix of specialty shops and restaurants. The surrounding area is chock full of hidden gems and things to do.
