Welcome to the Blue Cottage B&B, a personally managed and beautifully renovated B&B with Europe in mind located in 70 Mile House, BC Canada. Two themed guest rooms are located on the 2nd floor. An open, ascending staircase welcomes you to one of the following themed guest rooms: our Swiss Guest Room decorated in red with Swiss accent decor, a shower in the room and an ensuite toilet/sink or our Dutch guest room with a separate private bathroom (bathtub, toilet, sink), decorated in blue with Dutch accent decor. Both guest rooms are equipped with a queen size bed and a cozy electrical fire place. The Dutch guest room also offers a pull-out sofa sleeping kids or a 3rd teenager/adult. Your daily European breakfast will be served by the host in a separate breakfast room on the ground floor. The room also offers a sitting corner with free coffee and tea during the day. A fridge is available in the breakfast room to store food items.

Your host will welcome you in multiple languages including Dutch, German, French, Spanisch and naturally English.

70 Mile House in British Columbia, Canada is the gateway to the South Cariboo with a great number of lakes, famous Green Lake Provincial Park close by. Green Lake is well known for fishing and any kind of water sport. The closest public access at Little Arrow Head can be reached in 15 min. Tin Cup Greens is a 9 hole golf course on a beautiful meadow close by that is open for golf from May to October. The Sugar Shack is a coffee shop in walking distance with World Famous Quebec traditions. Huber Farms in 70 Mile House hosts an annual Cariboo Trails combined Driving Event every September. The well known Gold Rush Snowmobile trail can be reached in 5 min. 100 Mile House, a 20 min drive north offers shopping, restaurants, the South Cariboo Vistor Center, a weekly Farmers Market and many more. 108 Mile Ranch Heritage Site and 108 Mile Golf Club can be reached in 30 min.
