Living room with a pull out couch with another queen size bed. Kitchenette, complete with farmhouse sink, induction cook top, microwave/oven/air fryer all in one unit, and electric griddle. There is even in-suite laundry! The cottage is also equipped with a bathroom and private shower. There is high speed internet and a television. You will be able to stream television and movies from your devices. Apologies, no streaming subscriptions are included. That being said, there are old fashioned board games and puzzles to pass the time, should you opt to disconnect! The farm has been referred to as the jewel of Yellow Point in Ladysmtih, BC. While you relax on your private patio, you over look fields filled with cows, sheep and pigs. Why yes, they may even come up to the fence and you can pet them. Want to pet more animals, there is a petting farm less than a mile away where you can even partake in goat yoga! Mother and Daughter farming team. Sandy, mother, has been a farmer her whole life. While raising her daughters, she wrote Harlequin Romance novels and boarded horses. Now she is the old McDonnell that had a farm, with a oink, oink here, a moo moo there, and more! Leslie, daughter, sells real estate in Vancouver fulltime and divides her time on the family farm. Together this duo is unstoppable. They work on sustainable farming, food security and humane practices. All of the animals have names and purposes. They share an obsession for cooking good food.
