Nestled in the forest overlooking beautiful Kootenay Lake, pulpit rock and even the big orange bridge, this exceptionally private and cozy walk-out suite offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and nature with no neighbours beside you! Relax in the private hot tub whenever you like! Things to note: Guest parking is at the rear of the property, adjacent to local utility infrastructure. (Hydro Substations) The private guest suite and outdoor balcony are at the front of the home, where you will enjoy private forests surroundings and lake views. We are up on the mountain adjacent highway 3A coming into Nelson about 300 meters so there is some highway noise. Just note that the speed limit is 50 km so not high speed traffic.

Quiet neighborhood, my property is extremely private as it is adjacent the utility infrastructure. Tons of restaurants/cafe's. Mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, hiking, swimming, golf, tennis, you name it!
