We are a family run business operated by a brother and sister from Newfoundland and their respective mainlander partners (Toronto & Saskatoon). We all love St. John's, Newfoundland and of course our historic home - The Rendell Shea Manor. We feel privileged to be the stewards of this magnificent property and look forward to sharing it with you while you explore our city.

St. John’s is dripping in history, and so is the Rendell Shea Manor. It was the home of the prominent business people, politicians, and pioneering women. On the corner of Cochrane Street and Military Road in the historic east end of downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland: a magnificent three-storey manor painted in vibrant teal. It is now the home of a magnificent, family-run guesthouse. We are artists, business people, economists, life coaches, editors, writers, and publishers. Across Military Road: Government House and Bannerman Park. Down the hill of Cochrane Street: St. John’s harbour front. Inside the house: charm, friendliness, history, stories.

Cochrane street is located in historic downtown St. John's. Walking distance to the North Head Trail, The Battery, Water Street, Harbour Drive, Bannerman Park, The Rooms and many other tourist destinations. We are surrounded by coffee shops, craft beer, foodtrucks and award winning restaurants.
