A freshly renovated apartment in Downton Oakville is now available. The Trafalgar looks out on to the courtyard on one side and the street on the other. It is directly above a law office (so very quiet after 5pm) and directly below The Loft. Located on the second floor of Beauly Place, a historic, victorian era building. Fully Furnished 2nd Flr Spacious Suite In Heritage Building In The Heart Of Downtown Oakville. Sparkling, Clean & Tastefully Renovated W/Oversize Windows Giving Lots Of Natural Light/Beautiful Views Of The River/Gardens/Parks. Enjoy Dtn Shopping/Dining/Magnificent Oakville Harbour. Walk/Bike To Go Train.**** EXTRAS **** Includes Parking, Internet, Cable Tv And All Utilities. A Sofa Is A Queen Pullout Bed. Communal Bbq
We really enjoy travelling ourselves, so it is nice to give back by sharing our space. Snowsports and watersports enthusiasts with green thumbs. Hope to see you soon!
The main drag Lakeshore Road is a two minute walk, tons of top notch restaurants and bars and shopping right there. Parks, the harbour and walking trails all over the place -starting literally across the street. Highway (QEW) and Go Train 3 miunte drive or 15 minute walk
