If any amenities are out of order or under maintenance, Station Park is responsible for their upkeep. Some or all building amenities may not be available during your stay. • Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a 150.00 CAD fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit. • There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. • Please note that the swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. • Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property. 1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Disruption should be minimal. 2. There is on-site parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for 34.00 CAD/day. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle made to register. Please note that any unregistered vehicles found will be towed.
