Enter through double garden doors into your bright and modern private suite. Your full kitchen is complete with granite counters, stainless appliances, and all kitchen ware and utensils needed. Coffee, tea, cream and sugar are provided as well. The main bedroom has a beautiful four posted, queen sized bed with luxury mattress. The living room is equipped with an electric fireplace, a Smart TV, cable, Netflix, and wi-fi. The Queen sized couch folds out into a comfortable sofa bed. There is a convenient stacking washer and dryer in the laundry room. The covered garden patio is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or evening BBQ dinner while taking in the fabulous lake and valley views and famous Lake Cowichan sunsets.
I was born and raised on Vancouver Island, and spent many wonderful summer holidays camping here at Lake Cowichan over the years. Swimming, hiking, tubing on the river... so many great memories! When it came time to build our own home it was the perfect location for us. Now we can offer a beautiful private suite in our Valley View Lake House, equipped with everything to make your stay as fun and relaxing as it can be, so that you can create wonderful life long memories as well!
Located in the Point Ideal area, overlooking the Marina, we are minutes away from many hiking trails, Lake View Beach, and the starting point for tubing down the Cowichan River to Little Beach. We are also close to shopping, restaurants, the Kaatza Station Museum, and Tourist Information Centre. We are centrally located to enjoy the wilderness, as well as all the other wonderful things that Lake Cowichan has to offer!
