Im from Peru and from very young I liked creating things out thin air. I like setting up this places to host and also all the people I meet and get to interact with. Large 1 bedroom condo with walk in close, large comfortable bathroom. Nice windows, very bright. This condo is the heart of St Clair. Lots of parks, great places to eat and go out enjoy the day and night.

Neighborhood info

Stockyards Mall which has winners, an arcade, all sorts of food, Chinese supermarket, dollarama, and much more! Dairy Freeze is a fabulous place to grab a good steak on a kaiser at St Clair and Caledonia JJP. Park with nice swimming pool open in the summer Spanish restaurants like San Sivar for some pupusas and also Miss Pho on Runnymede and St Clair
