The property consist of the main house with 6 bedrooms and one independent guest room (all VERY BIG), beautiful outdoor areas, huge private pool and yard, an immense finely landscaped Italian garden with rare flowers and diverse trees in the front and in the back. It`s located next to Rivières des Prairies and the Saint Lawrence river, ideal for peaceful living, private get together, good time by the water, jet ski, Boat tours and even fishing all seasons. People can do ice fishing in February and March. You'll have the whole house, which is 7000+ square feet. This does not include the basement. The basement by local Quebec law is not included in the rental. It is used by the caretakers with a separate entrance. If the guests have needs they can call or text the caretaker who will assist within five minutes. You can have your small private gathering with moderate music inside only. No loud music outside please! The backyard with waterfront is very big. The mature trees and the water attract beautiful birds who like this place too. They often sing and you can hear them so close. The pool is an Olympic size masterpiece with shallow end and deep end. Pool lovers like it a lot. It opens from end of May to Mid-October. If you cannot swim, stay in the separated shallow area. Although we provide life jackets, a caretaker on call, a fenced access and put floaties on the water, it's always good to be vigilant. From Mid-April to October we can arrange a boat rental or a boat tour for you at extra cost. The decorated tables and chairs in the photos were rented by a guess for her child's birthday.
