We live close to an elementary school in a safe neighborhood. The local beach is a block from the house and an outdoor pool at the rec center is a 15 minute walk. Main street is a 15-20 minute walk away with restaurants and banks. We have a view of a winery from the property and are a 5 minute drive from Black Sage Road, where many wineries are located. Enjoy a round of golf right across the street from the house.
