Located on the Main Street in Kingsville. Upstairs two bedroom cozy apartment, Free Wi-Fi with Smart TV to stream your own streaming channels or Netflix account. One bathroom with stand up shower. You have access to a small kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven, dishes, glassess are also included. Central Heating and Air-conditioning in the main area and a separte sunroom with loads of windows for relaxing and a great reading space.
Google Southern Most Point in Canada? Kingsville.! A few years ago my husband and I decided that we had enough of the snow belt in Ontario. I retired and then decided I wasn't ready. So I purchased the property and started my hobby -renovations. The old girl was in bad shape but I had a vision. Welcome I enjoy the hidden gems around our area. The trail way and the great restaurants and the water. I enjoy reading so on a summer afternoon the beach is the best place for that. The vegetable stands are a bonus all summer long, always fresh. We enjoying fishing and boating. My husband enjoys golf and says that the Kingsville course in one of the best.
Kingsville is 45 minutes off the 401 at the Comber exit (48) .We are on the shores of Lake Erie with access to the Pelee Island Ferry from Aug to Dec. A 13 KLM drive to Point Pelee National Park. On the Main Street in Kingsville, close to shopping, laundry mat, Tim Hortons is a short walk away. The Chrysler Greenway is down the street on Wigle Street that you walk, bike for 42 klms in Essex county. We are close to a number of wineries located on the 42nd parallel. Many shops and resturants are just short walk down the street or a short drive away. Windsor is 43 KLM away, which is has a border crossing into Detroit US. Also the closest airport. Leamington is 10 minutes away. Kingsville has a couple of taxi services but no public transportation.
