Built in 1881, the family-run Hotel Alpenrose is the oldest hotel in the car-free Wengen, which is only reachable by train, and offers you completely renovated rooms in a traditional Alpine style and free WiFi. The Alpenrose hotel is located in the calmer lower part of the village with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the Lauterbrunnental valley. It has a charming garden and is an ideal base for excursions in the Jungfrau Region. Half-board includes a 5-course dinner with a vegetarian option.
