Property info
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming residential building in a quiet area surrounded by greenery.
You have private parking in the underground garage. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, ideal for a couple with or without children. The living room opens onto a small terrace and sunny garden with views of the surrounding mountains. The bed in the bedroom is large (160x200) and very comfortable (30cm mattress and over mattress). The living room sofa can be transformed into a comfortable bed for 2 people.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to accommodate up to 6 people at the table
You have, among other things, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsule provided and payable)
In the building you will find a locked ski room and a washing machine (paying with coins).
Neighborhood info
The apartment is located in a charming little building, a little away from the center of the village (the church) which gives it a lot of tranquility. The building is surrounded by greenery and enjoys an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes right in front of the building.
