This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and the view over the Matterhorn (aka Monte Cervino) takes your breath away every morning. The gondola station is right outside, making it easy to get up the mountain, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk into the centre of town for shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, quiet, and the bar is great! Free parking is an easy walk from the hotel, although the paid parking lot is pretty good value too (20 euros for 24 hours). Best of all, the hotel is dog friendly. An absolute gem of a place, we can't wait to come back.

It was clean, the family who runs the place is really nice! The room is clean and modern. It’s well located in the city center and a short walk from the ski lift.

Principe delle Nevi is a historic ski-in/ski-out property located directly on a red slope, offering true slope access. The hotel combines contemporary, stylish design with a chic atmosphere and exceptional views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. The staff are outstanding, consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to guest comfort. A special mention to Benjamin, Kareem, and Mustafa, who went above and beyond in assisting my family and me with transportation to and from the town center, ski rental shops, and excellent restaurant recommendations. We would stay at this property again without hesitation on our next trip to Cervinia.

Hot pool is amazing, Clean rooms, great towels, great bar and location.

Very high hospitality from the staff, very helpful and always with smiling faces. Brilliant architecture, brand, new, right size of the rooms, comfortable lobby area.

Facilities, staff, out/indoor skiing

The staff was really helpful. The rooftop sauna was great, not crowded and always clean. Huge parking space in front of the hotel. The service to the ski cabins was prompt. The breakfast was rich enough (hope they change their coffee, though). I was so happy to get some special plant-based treats for breakfast. Huge thank you to all the hotel team!

I've stayed at Bijou several times and it's consistently amazing. Ivo is a great host and the atmosphere is nice and friendly. Good breakfast and really nice home-cooked dinner for just a moderate extra charge. Great place

It’s in a great spot, remote, beautiful and tranquil. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Everything thing was beyond expectations. Warm and very profesional staff, very good breakfast the food in the restaurant very good and exceptional service. Locker room included close to cretaz chairlift. Great view from the room, apres ski wright in the hotel. Don't expect luxury but expect the best from all that great people that take care of this facility. Top quality for a mountain resort. Definitely mi first option for Cervinia. Just a quaint comfortable hotel with a very good location in the center of town. It was really ideal for what my wife and I were looking for for a couple noght stay. You can see and walk to ski lft easily from the hotel (pleasant walk, maybe 5 minutes). The 3 sisters give a comfortable, family feel. The hotel is older, which is part of its charm, with a somewhat rustic feel. We plan to return to cervinia and would happily stay at Hotel Mignon again.

It was an exceptional stay, starting from arrival, dinner, sleep comfort and breakfast. It's a family property and staffing was exceptional, really nothing to add.

Skiing. This is best place in Cervinia with the great restaurant and friendliest staff.
