Rich and tasty breakfast. *Extra points for the wonderful staff we met in the morning, especially the girl helping with breakfast- so sweet and polite. Well done!!
Even the restaurant on the ground floor, although it doesn't belong to the hotel, was really convenient to visit when we arrived at night time (and the food delicious!), so added to the experience.

Before anything else, I want to say that every person on the staff deserves real credit and appreciation. Andrea at reception and every woman on the reception, breakfast, and cleaning teams were outstanding. What I loved most is that they always did their best to find a solution for you, no matter what.
The location is very central. The spa is small but very clean and well maintained. The lobby is honestly one of the nicest I have seen in northern Italy. Breakfast may look simple on paper, but the cakes and cheese are the best I have had in Cogne, thanks to the pasticceria behind it.

Very cozy rooms and common areas, the whole establishment is with a lot of character and made our stay in Valtournenche memorable. The staff is amazing, Daiana at the reception was always helpful to our group as the rest of the staff always ready to help with any inquiry and finding a solution. They made us feel very welcome and we will certainly come back.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful area outside the more busy spots which i consider a huge plus. This area isnt full of backpackers and is far more relaxed. The sound of the rushing water behind the hotel is very soothing. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection and adds value to the stay.

Aosta is a good location to set as base while exploring the surroundings or practicing mountain sports . However, be prepared for a mix of traditional alpine village and urban surroundings that are a bit shabby and chaotic at times.

Cool place, nice restaurants and bars. We were there in the summer. Very quiet, so if you're looking for a nightlife, the options were limited. Most bars close at 11pm, but Café des skieurs was open late with a chilled atmosphere and good company. Great base for exploring the mountains, whether your walking or running or mountain climbing.

I had visited Breuil-Cervinia three times in three months, April, May and July. Every time I came here, the mountains gave me a different impressions and surprise with spectacular nature. 360 degree panorama of Alps mountain possibly changes our feeling to the nature and we review how the nature is strong and beautiful. Spending our time in this spectacular nature is our turning points for our life and thinking.

Just wanted a few days skiing with some calm evening food and drinks. There of plenty of quality restaurants' and bars to choose from.
The free bus shuttle is really a good service from Gressoney St Jean through Gressoney la Trinite - stops right outside the hotel and then on up the mountain to Stafal.
From there across to Champaluc or Alagna.

Chalet was just as advertised, exceeded expectations, totally simple, functional. Outstanding views. The drive up was tricky at first, then very enjoyable day to day, in/out of La Thuile...or just stayed out of town, absolute peace and quite.

Small, nice town with numerous restaurants. Several small markets, one big supermarket open 7 days a week (and not closing for lunch break). The town has an easy autostrada access and is close to Aosta, the largest city in the region. Overall, Saint Vincent gives “small town feel” with having all amenities easily accessible. Good starting point for a day or half day trips to Mont Blanc, Matterhorn (Cervino in Italian) and St. Bernard Pass.

It could have more restaurants and services, but it is good as well as it is. Remember to book restaurant and taxi in advance and You should be ok. No huge party or disco experience, but I came to ski - so it was ok.

Pré-Saint-Didier is a charming and peaceful mountain village. It is an excellent base for visiting Courmayeur and the Mont Blanc area, with easy access by bus. There are shops, restaurants and the famous thermal baths nearby. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere after the Gran Trail Courmayeur race.

A nice rustic Italian ski resort. It is great to be able to ski from Valtournenche to Zermatt and Cervinia. The only negative point is that it is not a pedestrian resort; in my opinion, a car is essential.

We stayed in Chatillon for ease of access to Cervinia for skiing over the New Year. a couple of great restaurants and bars, cute and quaint town. Friendly people, petrol stations, and supermarkets on door step. 40 minute drive to Cervinia centre. Even closer to valtourneche ski station. Easy route upo and down the mountain.
