Nicely furnished flat, ideal for ski or hiking holidays, very bright and stunning view, quite just above the world-renowned typical village center of Grindelwald, 10 min walk downhill from First gondola station and the train station of Grondelwald. Private Garage and Internet. 1 bathroom. 2 people in the master bedroom, 2 in the kids bedroom, and 2 more in the living room. all 6 beds can be separated or put together. We do not live on site and rely on cleaning staff. We will provide you with clear access instructions and let you know the key delivery process. Cleaning and linen change will be done. tourist tax will be charged 30 days before check-in. Light, quiet, spectacular mountain view, direct access to the garden where you can have lunch. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds that can be joined together and a leather convertible sofa in the living room that can fit 2 more people. 6 people maximum, one bathroom (bathtub) and one toilet. fully-equipped kitchen and heated loggia with majestic view on the mountains. Balcony with direct access to the garden. fully equipped flat, garage, garden, ski-in, ski-out in the Bodmi area and First gondola station. We do not live on site and rely on professional cleaning staff. We will provide you with clear access instructions and let you know the key delivery process. Cleaning and linen change will be done. From Jan 2026, due to increasing maintenance fees, cleaning fee covers cleaning, linen and towel laundry, supplies of taxed trash bags, detergent, dishwasher tab, soap, toilet paper. tourist tax will be charged earliest 30 days before check-in through an extra payment request. Please check the rates for the town of Grindelwald : 5.2 CHF per night per adult, 4.2 CHF for teen agers 12-16, no tourist tax for children up to 11.
We've been all around the world for work. While on expat assignment in Basel, Switzerland, we had a crush for Grindelwald and decided to purchase this property. I am now based in gay Paris and manage my property from remote, relying on cleaning staff on site.
Grindelwald is very reknowned tourist spot. If you come to our neighbourhood, you'll get the best of both worlds. Quiet, spectacular view with still easy access to the street and public bus.
